One of a Kind!
When we spotted this vintage 1926 postcard at Krakow’s Hala Targowa Sunday flea market, we were particularly taken by the message scrawled across the back. Sent to My Noble Lady, the message starts off with the words ‘Greetings My Beloved’ and ends with ‘All good fortune and long life, Your Julek.” Although we can’t decipher the words between, the wistful image and somewhat final goodbye make us think that Julek and his beloved were not meant to be.
