One of a Kind!

Only 1 available

Destination: Kumasi , Ghana

We purchased this lovely kente-like cloth from Mr. Maciere Toure, a tall, distinguished gentleman from Nioro du Sahel in Mali. Mr. Toure is of the Seraculeh people and this cloth comes from the Kayes region of Mali, where many of them live. Also known as the Soninke, the Seraculeh are a largely Muslim people famous as the founders of the ancient empire of Ghana—not to be confused with modern-day Ghana, which just appropriated the name.
