• Dong Zuan Covered Market Hanoi

Not far from the wood carvers is Đồng Xuân, the Old Quarter’s covered market. For those late-sleepers who missed the early morning Long Biên, this is the spot for daytime shopping. Said to be the oldest and the largest in Vietnam, it is the place to buy everything from soft-shell freshwater crabs to silk worms and fertilized, ready-to-hatch, eggs.
