• Urban Art: Ding Dong Dumb by Blu in Krakow, Poland

One of Krakow’s most impressive, and controversial, murals is Ding Dong Dumb, painted by Bolognese artist Blu in 2011. Located in the former Jewish ghetto of Podgorze, in a predominately Catholic city, the gigantic image depicts a flock of dazed and raised heads enraptured by an hypnotic golden bell, a criticism perhaps on the authority of the Vatican.
