All sales shipped outside the United States are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

While we really hope you love what you’ve purchased from Bly, we understand if it’s not quite what you’re looking for and need to return it.

  • You may return any product you have ordered from Bly within 3 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Unfortunately, requests received after three days will not be honored.
  • Unfortunately, products arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • The Bly Customer Care Team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue an authorization code and a UPS packing label for you to use. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense after we approve your return. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.

  • IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
  • Refunds or Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please note that many of our products are preloved and handcrafted and show natural wear and tear or imperfections. We endeavor to let you know about these imperfections, and any omission on our part is wholly unintentional. If you do not love your Bly product, we welcome your returns according to the procedure detailed above.
  • If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us at so that we can assist you.
  • All Sale items, unless otherwise indicated, are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Bly, Inc.
